Oh no! Let’s see how we can help. Typing in the wrong login info seems to be a common issue. Make sure your email and password are correct and that you’re trying to log in at sprucemoney.com/signin.

Your Spruce email and password may not be the same as your H&R Block ones. If you opened Spruce accounts while filing your taxes on HRBlock.com, you might not have created an online Spruce account yet. If you haven’t, no big deal — You can quickly get started at sprucemoney.com or see the Online tax client creating a spruce account FAQ for more info.
